How old are chihuahuas when they stop growing?

Chihuahuas usually stop growing around 9 months to 1 year of age. The safest to say is when they’re 1 year old. I have one chihuahua that reached her adult weight by 10 months, and another chihuahua that didn’t reach his adult size until 1.5 years old.
